Microwaved 'Fried Rice' with Wakame Seaweed
- 2 rice bowls worth Hot cooked rice
- 3 tbsp Shirasu
- 2 tbsp Dried wakame seaweed
- 1/2 thumb Ginger
- 3 tsp Sesame seeds
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp Sake
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- Rehydrate the dried wakame seaweed, drain the water, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Julienne the ginger.
- Put all the ingredients in a heatproof dish, and mix with a rice scoop.
- Cover with a lid or with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600 W.
- Mix again, and it's done.
- If you think the taste is a bit weak, add sesame oil, etc.
- I used salmon instead of shirasu in this picture.
