Santa Fe Stuffed Peppers

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Brown meat in skillet.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  4. Combine meat, stuffing, eggs and 3/4 cup salsa.
  5. Prick each pepper in several places with fork; place on baking sheet.
  6. Fill with meat mixture; top with remaining salsa.
  7. Cover.
  8. Bake 25 min.
  9. Top with cheese; bake, uncovered, 5 min.
  10. or until melted.
