Cheesy Party Potatoes #SP5

• 2 (20 ounce) bags Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
• 2 (16 ounce) sour cream
• 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
• 1 white onion, diced
• 2 (8 ounce) packagesshredded cheese

1. 1) preheat oven to 350.
2. 2) spray 9x13 baking casserole dish with non-sticking cooking spray.
3. 3) mix together simply potatoes shredded hash browns, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, diced onion and 1 pkg of shredded cheese.
4. 4) put mixture into casserole dish.
5. 5) add 1 pkg of cheese to layer on top.
6. 6) cover with foil and bake 30-45 minutes.
7. 7) remove foil and continue to bake until top is brown.
