Almost Better Than Sex Cake Recipe

• 1 pkt chocolate cake mix
• 1 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 3/4 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts
• 4 lrg Large eggs
• 1/2 c. vegetable oil
• 1/4 c. water
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 pkt instant chocolate pudding mix (4 serving size)
• 8 ounce lowfat sour cream

1. Remove a spoonful of cake mix and use to coat the chips and nuts, set aside.
2. Combine dry cake mix, Large eggs, oil, water, vanilla, pudding mix and lowfat sour cream.
3. Mix well.
4. Mix in reserved chips and nuts.
5. Pour into a greased 10 inch tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
6. or possibly till cake tastes done.
7. Cold and frost (or possibly drizzle it with a white confectioner's sugar glaze).
