Salsa Verde con Aguacate (Green Salsa with Avocado)
- 4 whole Serrano Peppers, Chopped
- 1 whole White Onion, Small, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1/2 pounds Tomatillos (about 12, Husked, Rinsed, And Chopped)
- 1/2 cups Cilantro, Chopped (optional)
- 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 3 whole Avocados
- Sea Salt, to taste
- Fresh Lime Juice, to taste
- Blend peppers, onion, and water in food processor or blender (I use blender) until almost smooth.
- Add tomatillos, cilantro, and brown sugar.
- Blend until texture looks rough.
- Scoop avocados (pitted, of course) into bowl and mash until chunky.
- Stir in pepper sauce, along with sea salt and lime juice to taste.
- Serve and enjoy!
