Salsa Verde con Aguacate (Green Salsa with Avocado)

  1. Blend peppers, onion, and water in food processor or blender (I use blender) until almost smooth.
  2. Add tomatillos, cilantro, and brown sugar.
  3. Blend until texture looks rough.
  4. Scoop avocados (pitted, of course) into bowl and mash until chunky.
  5. Stir in pepper sauce, along with sea salt and lime juice to taste.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
