pork and shrimp egg rolls
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 packages small shrimp (peeled, devained, tail-off)
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 packages cabbage slaw
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cup water
- 1 cooking oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- add the water in a small pot to boil, when boiling add slaw.
- mix the soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic pwd in a bowl and stir.
- defrost shrimp and start browning the pork, when pork is done set aside, take slaw out of water and drain, add slaw to mixture and let sit
- add pork in with the slaw.
- now start cooking shrimp, place shrimp in a skillet just until they get warm.
- When done add to mixture and start stuffing them in the eggrolls
- when stuffed and ready to go either deep fry or skillet fry!
