Coconut Shrimp To Die For.

  1. Preheat oven 400 and coat baking sheet with spray.
  2. Combine cornstarch, cayenne, and salt.
  3. Seperate bowl, beat egg whites till frothy and on a plate put coconut.
  4. Coat shrimp with cornstarch mix, then dip in egg whites, and roll into coconut.
  5. Place on bake dish and bake 15 minutes.
  6. Turn shrimp and bake another 5-10 minutes till shrimp is done.
  7. Serve and Enjoy :)
