Coconut Shrimp To Die For.
- 1/3 cup Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne (optional)
- 3 Egg whites
- 1 1/4 cup Flaked Coconut
- 1 1/2 lb Medium peeled shrimp
- Preheat oven 400 and coat baking sheet with spray.
- Combine cornstarch, cayenne, and salt.
- Seperate bowl, beat egg whites till frothy and on a plate put coconut.
- Coat shrimp with cornstarch mix, then dip in egg whites, and roll into coconut.
- Place on bake dish and bake 15 minutes.
- Turn shrimp and bake another 5-10 minutes till shrimp is done.
- Serve and Enjoy :)
