Easy Chicken Pot Pie

  1. In large sauce pan, saute onion in oil until tender.
  2. Stir in flour and poultry seasoning until blended; gradually add broth and milk.
  3. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  4. Add chicken and vegetables.
  5. Tranfer to a greased 9 in deep dish pie plate.
  6. Top with pastry.
  7. Trim, seal and flute edges.
  8. Cut slits in pastry.
  9. Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
