Green Smoothie with Kale
- 2 leaves Kale
- 1 Grapefruit
- 1 Banana (frozen)
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/4 Apple
- 200 ml or more Mineral water
- 2 tbsp Chia seed powder (optional)
- Peel the grapefruit, also removing the pith.
- Peel the carrot and apple and chop everything into chunks, including the banana.
- Chop the kale leaves and stem into pieces.
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until even.
- Blend until smooth and no rough bits remain.
