Cheesy BBQ Steak Sandwiches
- 1/3 cup Kraft BarBQ Sauce, divided
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb./450 g), 3/4 inch thick Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 French bread buns, split
- 4 Cracker Barrel Medium Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 1 tomato, cut into 4 slices King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Reserve 4 tsp.
- barbecue sauce.
- Grill steak 8 to 10 min.
- or until medium doneness (160F), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.
- Meanwhile, mix Miracle Whip and mustard; spread onto cut sides of buns, then spread with remaining barbecue sauce.
- Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
- Fill buns with meat, cheese and tomatoes.
