Ham and Cheese Rolled Sandwiches

  1. Using a rolling pin, flatten out the bread slices.
  2. Top each slice of bread with a slice of cheese and a slice of ham.
  3. Roll like a mini taco or cigar.
  4. Melt the butter in a medium saute pan on medium-high heat.
  5. Add the rolled sandwiches and cook until golden brown and crisp on all sides, about 1 minute per side.
  6. Serve or wrap in aluminum foil and pack in lunchboxes.
