Tuna Pizza Recipe
- 6 ounce. tuna, liquid removed
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (8 ounce.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 ounce. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 ounce. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. green pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. green onion, minced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, liquid removed and crumbled
- 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- 7 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine lemon juice and tuna.
- Set aside.
- Place crescent rolls proportionately in the bottom of a 12 inch pizza pan, and 1/2 inch up the side to create a crust.
- Place cheddar and Mozzarella cheese over crust.
- Spoon tuna over cheeses and proportionately sprinkle the vegetables over the tuna.
- Place bacon pcs proportionately over the vegetables layer.
- In medium bowl, combine lowfat milk and Large eggs.
- Pour proportionately over the pizza.
- Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 23-33 min or possibly till golden, let cold 5 min before cutting.
- Divide proportionately.
