• 12 cup lemon sorbet
• 2 tablespoons crumbled ginger wafers
• 1 -2 teaspoon lemon curd
• 1 tablespoon lemon-flavored vodka (best with Lemoncello, Italian lemon cordial)

1. Layer in a bowl or glass as listed.
