Rustic Pork

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the Rustic Rub with the olive oil to form a paste.
  3. Make several slits in the pork butt.
  4. Completely cover the pork with the rub and place in a zip-lock bag.
  5. Place the pork in the refrigerator and marinate for 4 to 6 hours.
  6. Remove the pork from the bag and place on a roasting pan.
  7. Slow roast the pork for about an hour.
  8. Slice the pork and serve with BBQ sauce and slaw.
  9. Garnish with green onions and Essence.
