Great (And Easy) Chicken and Veggies
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed & chopped
- 2 cups water
- 14 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed
- 12 green pepper
- 12 orange bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup celery
- 1 (10 ounce) bag frozen green beans
- 10 baby carrots, sliced in half
- 12 tablespoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, seasoning blend (I use Pampered Chef)
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 2 dashes hot sauce (optional)
- Heat stainless steal pan oven medium heat & pour in oil.
- Add chicken breasts and sear both sides.
- While chicken is cooking chop all veggies.
- When chicken is brown on each side pull out of pan and add garlic, flour, water, lemon juice & bouillon.
- Scrape bottom of pan and mix all the scrapings and added ingredients together well.
- Stir in all veggies & seasonings.
- When veggies are about half way done (crisp tender) add chicken back into center of pan.
- Cover & simmer until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
- Serve over brown rice.
