Sweet Potato Dip (Louisiana)

• 1 pint nonfat plain yogurt
• 1 (1 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
• 12 cup fresh sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked, mashed

1. Mix all the ingredients together & chill.
2. Serve with fresh veggies.
