Potato Salad For Adults

  1. Peel the potatoes.
  2. Slice 1 cm thick, rinse in water, and dry well.
  3. Put the potato slices in a plastic bag so that they don't overlap.
  4. Microwave for 4 minutes at 600w.
  5. Transfer to a bowl while still hot, and mash.
  6. Finely chop the bacon, wrap in paper towels and microwave for 15 to 20 seconds at 600w to cook and remove the fat.
  7. Finely chop the black olives.
  8. Finely chop the parsley and onion.
  9. Put everything in a bowl and mix together.
  10. I formed the mixture into balls in the top photo, but you can also just serve it on a plate.
