Potato Salad For Adults
- 2 Potatoes
- 5 to 6 Black olives (pitted)
- 30 to 40 grams Finely chopped onion
- 1 slice Bacon
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Ponzu
- 1 tsp Sweet chili sauce
- 1 Fresh parsley (or dried)
- 1 Tabasco
- 1 Krazy Salt (seasoned salt mix) or salt and pepper
- 1 Garlic powder
- 1 Black pepper
- Peel the potatoes.
- Slice 1 cm thick, rinse in water, and dry well.
- Put the potato slices in a plastic bag so that they don't overlap.
- Microwave for 4 minutes at 600w.
- Transfer to a bowl while still hot, and mash.
- Finely chop the bacon, wrap in paper towels and microwave for 15 to 20 seconds at 600w to cook and remove the fat.
- Finely chop the black olives.
- Finely chop the parsley and onion.
- Put everything in a bowl and mix together.
- I formed the mixture into balls in the top photo, but you can also just serve it on a plate.
