Fudge Frosting

  1. Combine butter, 3/4 cup sugar, half and half and coffee powder in large saucepan.
  2. Stir over medium heat until sugar and coffee powder dissolve and mixture simmers.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add both chocolates; whisk until smooth.
  5. Whisk in vanilla.
  6. Pour chocolate mixture into large bowl.
  7. Sift in powdered sugar and cinnamon; whisk to blend.
  8. Press plastic onto surface of frosting.
  9. Chill just until firm enough to spread, stirring occasionally, about 1 1/2 hours.
