Southwest-Style Salisbury Steaks

  1. Using hands, gently mix first 8 ingredients in large bowl just until blended.
  2. Form into four 3/4-inch-thick oval patties.
  3. (Can be made 1 day ahead.
  4. Cover; chill.)
  5. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
  6. Grill patties until cooked to desired doneness, about 6 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  7. Transfer patties to plates.
  8. Top with avocado slices and Lime-pickled Red Onions.
  9. Serve, passing salsas alongside.
