Almond Rice Muffins

  1. Mix dry and liquid ingredients separately, then combine the two and mix thoroughly (this is a thin batter).
  2. Fill 12 paper muffin cups 23 full and sprinkle tops with almond.
  3. Bake at 350F (180C).
