Lemon Garlic Chicken

  1. Combine oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub all of mixture into chicken.
  3. Brown chicken in canola oil in skillet.
  4. Transfer to slow cooker.
  5. Place water, lemon juice, garlic, and bouillon cubes in skillet.
  6. Bring to boil, loosening browned bits from skillet.
  7. Pour over chicken.
  8. Cover and cook on High for 2 to 2-1/2 hours, or Low 4-5 hours.
  9. Add parsley and baste chicken.
  10. Cover and cook on High 15-30 minutes, until chicken is tender.
