Breakfast Pizza
- 4 whole eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1 cup chopped red peppers
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 ready-to-use baked whole wheat pizza crust (12 inch)
- 3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Beat first 3 ingredients with whisk until well blended; set aside.
- Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add vegetables and seasoning; cook 5 to 7 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Add egg mixture; cook 5 min.
- or just until eggs are set, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon over pizza crust; top with cheese.
- Bake 5 to 8 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
