Sausage, Peppers & Tomatoes with Linguine
- 330 g linguine, uncooked
- 3 Italian sausages (3/4 lb./340 g), cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 3 bell peppers (assorted colours), coarsely chopped Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 3 tomatoes, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese, divided
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage and peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 6 min.
- or until sausage is evenly browned and peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in tomatoes; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 5 to 6 min.
- or until tomatoes are softened and sausage is done, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta.
- Add to skillet with 2 Tbsp.
- cheese; mix lightly.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
