Sausage, Peppers & Tomatoes with Linguine

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, cook sausage and peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 6 min.
  3. or until sausage is evenly browned and peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in tomatoes; cover.
  5. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 to 6 min.
  6. or until tomatoes are softened and sausage is done, stirring occasionally.
  7. Drain pasta.
  8. Add to skillet with 2 Tbsp.
  9. cheese; mix lightly.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
