Swedish Pickled Shrimp

  2. Combine liquid and spice ingredients in a container you can shake or one big enough to fit a whisk.

  4. Place cooked shrimp and onions in contaner that has a lid.
  5. 3.
  6. Pour pickling liquid over shrimp and onions.
  7. Cover with lid and shake.
  8. 4.
  9. Chill shrimp for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. 5.
  11. Serve cold with toothpicks for everyone to pick with a few onions.
  12. I also love these shrimp in a green salad with some feta.
