Mongolian Pork Chops
- 1 cup rice wine vinegar
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown bean sauce (from Asian market)
- 1 cup chopped scallion
- 12 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 6 boneless pork chops
- In a large shallow baking dish, combine rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, brown bean sauce, scallions, cilantro, chives, garlic and ground coriander.
- Add pork chops and turn to coat.
- Cover and marinate at room temperature 1-2 hours.
- Prepare a hot grill.
- Cook 10-15 minutes until cooked through but still moist.
