Mongolian Pork Chops

  1. In a large shallow baking dish, combine rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, brown bean sauce, scallions, cilantro, chives, garlic and ground coriander.
  2. Add pork chops and turn to coat.
  3. Cover and marinate at room temperature 1-2 hours.
  4. Prepare a hot grill.
  5. Cook 10-15 minutes until cooked through but still moist.
