Chinese Chicken With Hot Sauce (Pan Pan Chi) Recipe

  1. Shred cucumbers.
  2. Mince garlic, green onion and ginger.
  3. Boil chicken in water for 30 min.
  4. Bone and shred.
  5. Arrange cucumber and chicken on platter.
