Cajun Spice Seasoning Mix Recipe

• 3/4 c. Salt
• 1/4 c. Grnd red pepper (cayenne)
• 2 Tbsp. Grnd white pepper
• 2 Tbsp. Grnd black pepper
• 2 Tbsp. Paprika
• 2 Tbsp. Onion pwdr
• 2 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr

1. Layer ingredients in a 1-pint jar with lid.
2. Stir before using till all ingredients are well mixed.
3. (Toss with potatoes before roasting, or possibly rub or possibly sprinkle on fish, pork or possibly chicken)
