Cappuccino Truffles

  1. Dissolve coffee in combined juice and vanilla.
  2. Gradually add to marshmallow creme in medium bowl, beating with mixer on low speed after each addition until well blended.
  3. Add wafer crumbs, nuts and zest; mix well.
  4. Shape into 60 (1-inch) balls; roll, 1 at a time, in combined cocoa and sugar until evenly coated.
  5. Place in single layer in shallow pan.
  6. Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
