Cappuccino Truffles
- 2 Tbsp. Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 jar (198 g) Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) chocolate wafer cookies, finely crushed
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. orange zest Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp. icing sugar
- Dissolve coffee in combined juice and vanilla.
- Gradually add to marshmallow creme in medium bowl, beating with mixer on low speed after each addition until well blended.
- Add wafer crumbs, nuts and zest; mix well.
- Shape into 60 (1-inch) balls; roll, 1 at a time, in combined cocoa and sugar until evenly coated.
- Place in single layer in shallow pan.
- Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
