Brisket In White Wine Recipe

  1. Season brisket with salt, pepper and your favorite seasonings.
  2. Bake uncovered, fat side up, at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hrs.
  3. Reduce heat to 325 degrees.
  4. Lay onion on top of brisket, cover with brown sugar and add in white wine.
  5. Cover and cook 1-1/2 hrs more.
  6. Don't open oven door during cooking.
