Leftover fried rice
- 1 cup leftover steamed rice
- 2 small inches ginger root
- 1 medium leftover baked chicken thigh
- 1 dash salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 packages soy sauce from panda express
- 1 tbsp eevo
- Throw rice on frying pan to start cooking at med heat with evoo
- Cut chicken from bone and add to pan
- Dice ginger and add with salt
- Once everything looks well cooked (personally I like the rice a tad crispy) add eggs
- Once eggs are cooked add soy sauce and cook another min
- Enjoy
