Easy Toblerone Mousse
- 200g TOBLERONE* Milk Chocolate, roughly chopped
- 2 x 55g eggs, separated
- 1 cup cream, lightly whipped
- extra whipped cream, to garnish
- extra TOBLERONE* White Chocolate curls, to garnish
- Melt chocolate in a heat proof dish over simmering water.
- Alternatively microwave on MEDIUM/LOW for 4 minutes.
- Add egg yolks and cream to chocolate, mix until smooth.
- Beat egg whites with an electric mixer, until they form stiff peaks.
- Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture.
- Pour into serving dish.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
- Garnish with extra whipped cream and white Toblerone* curls, if desired.
- Cooking times may vary according to wattage of microwave oven.
