Easy Toblerone Mousse

  1. Melt chocolate in a heat proof dish over simmering water.
  2. Alternatively microwave on MEDIUM/LOW for 4 minutes.
  3. Add egg yolks and cream to chocolate, mix until smooth.
  4. Beat egg whites with an electric mixer, until they form stiff peaks.
  5. Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture.
  6. Pour into serving dish.
  7. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
  8. Garnish with extra whipped cream and white Toblerone* curls, if desired.
  9. Cooking times may vary according to wattage of microwave oven.
