Savory Shepherd's Pie
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots), thawed, well drained
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses, divided
- 1/2 cup HEINZ HomeStyle Rich Mushroom Gravy
- 1 container (1-1/2 lb.) refrigerated mashed potatoes
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook crumbles as directed on package; spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top with mixed vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese, gravy and potatoes.
- Bake 40 min.
- or until heated through.
- Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 min.
- or until melted.
