Bologna & Cheese in a Loaf
- 1 pkg. (13.8 oz.) refrigerated Pizza Dough
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bologna or Smoked Ham
- 6 KRAFT Singles Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Unroll dough onto clean work surface; stretch gently with hands to form 13x9-inch rectangle.
- Top evenly with bologna and Singles, leaving a 1/2-inch border around all sides.
- Moisten edges of dough with water; roll up dough, starting at one of the long sides, to form a log.
- Pinch seams and ends of dough firmly together to seal.
- Place, seam side down, on lightly greased baking sheet.
- Make 6 diagonal slits in top of dough with sharp knife.
- Brush with egg white; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until deep golden brown.
- Cool 10 min.
- before cutting into 12 slices to serve.
