Barbeque Spice Mix Recipe

• 2 tsp onion pwdr
• 1 tsp grnd ginger
• 2 tsp dry rosemary crushed
• 1 1/2 tsp marjoram grnd
• 1 1/2 tsp oregano grnd
• 2 Tbsp. curry pwdr
• 3 Tbsp. chili pwdr optional
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (red pepper)

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Stir well to blend.
3. Transfer to jar.
4. Store, tightly closed in cold, dry place.
