Creamy Chicken, Rice and Broccoli Casserole
- 2 cups cooked long-grain brown rice
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken King Sooper's 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup frozen broccoli florets
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine all ingredients except corn flakes and butter; spoon into 1-1/2-qt.
- casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top with combined remaining ingredients.
- Bake 35 to 40 min.
