Nescafe Morning Essential

• 2 teaspoons nescafe red mug instant coffee granules
• 4 -5 dates, pitted
• 250 ml hot milk (I use low-fat)
• 12 tablespoon sugar

1. Put into a blender.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Pour into a mug and serve hot.
