Light and Crisp Veggie Sandwich

  1. Mix wasabi with mayo or cream cheese.
  2. Spread on both slices of bread.
  3. Thinly slice cucumber and radish.
  4. Layer on one slice of bread.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add a layer of sprouts.
  7. Top with second slice of bread.
  8. Cut in half and enjoy.
  9. You may use thinly sliced daikon in place of the radish.
