Pork Chops - Can't Believe How Easy And Wonderful!
- 4 each Pork Loin Chops- boneless or bone-in
- 24 oz Basil Pesto - jar Kirkland's brand from Cosco DOP firm Italy
- 1 Cast Iron Skillet
- 1 Ready Ravioli- Cosco - three cheese, lobster, any kind
- 1 gallon Boiling Pot of Water that is salted
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 bunch Fresh Sage
- 1 each Lemon Zest
- Put Pork chops in a zip lock bag.
- Add 1/2 cup of Pesto and rub all over Chops.
- Let marinade for as long as u can.
- At least 3-4 hours.
- After marinaded, Four rounds of olive oil in cast iron skillet.
- Let it get hot.
- Cover with screen.
- This will spatter a bit.
- Take Chop out of Pesto.
- Keep as much pesto on the chop as possible.
- 5 minutes on each side.
- The Pork will sear good and brown.
- This is the Pesto and all the incredible flavor.
- In a separate pan, melt butter slowly, not to burn.
- Add chopped sage leaves and zest of lemon.
- Salt and pepper lightly.
- Add ravioli to boiling, salted water for just 3 minutes.
- Scoop out of the water straight to the Sage butter.
- Toss
