Pork Chops - Can't Believe How Easy And Wonderful!

  1. Put Pork chops in a zip lock bag.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of Pesto and rub all over Chops.
  3. Let marinade for as long as u can.
  4. At least 3-4 hours.
  5. After marinaded, Four rounds of olive oil in cast iron skillet.
  6. Let it get hot.
  7. Cover with screen.
  8. This will spatter a bit.
  9. Take Chop out of Pesto.
  10. Keep as much pesto on the chop as possible.
  11. 5 minutes on each side.
  12. The Pork will sear good and brown.
  13. This is the Pesto and all the incredible flavor.
  14. In a separate pan, melt butter slowly, not to burn.
  15. Add chopped sage leaves and zest of lemon.
  16. Salt and pepper lightly.
  17. Add ravioli to boiling, salted water for just 3 minutes.
  18. Scoop out of the water straight to the Sage butter.
  19. Toss
