Sugar Snap Peas with Onions and Bacon

  1. In a medium skillet over medium high heat, brown chopped bacon.
  2. Using a slotted spoon, remove bacon to a paper towel lined plate.
  3. Add onion to the pan.
  4. Saute chopped onions 3 minutes or so, until they are just tender.
  5. Add peas and water to the pan.
  6. Cover and cook peas 5 minutes.
  7. Uncover and allow the liquid to cook almost out of the pan.
  8. Add bacon back to the skillet and remove pan from heat.
  9. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
