Cranberry Beans

- 1 cup Cranberry Beans
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Sage, Chopped
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- Salt And Pepper, to taste

- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil and saute the raw cranberry beans with the sage.

- Once the skins become opaque, add the chicken stock and simmer over low heat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste as you go.
- The saltiness will become more potent as they cook, so wait till the end before you get heavy-handed with it.

- Cook until fork tender, about 50 minutes, or until they are as done as you wish.
