One-Pan Chicken Lo-Mein
- 4 green onions, chopped, divided
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 carrot, cut crosswise in half, then lengthwise into matchlike
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 220 g fibre-enriched linguine, uncooked
- Reserve half the onions for later use.
- Combine remaining onions with all remaining ingredients except pasta in large skillet.
- Add pasta; bring to boil.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 12 min.
- or until pasta is tender and most the liquid is cooked off, stirring occasionally.
- Add reserved onions; mix lightly.
