Beet Relish

  1. In water, in pan on stove, cook beets until tender.
  2. Drain, set aside.
  3. Saute cabbage, onion, peppers until tender.
  4. Add beets back to pan and add horseradish sauce, sugar and vinegar.
  5. Simmer 15 minutes.
  6. Keep in refrigerator in covered container.
  7. Use within one week.
