Leftover Turkey and Gravy Sliders

  1. Prepare stuffing in large bowl as directed on package.
  2. Add turkey, cheese, peppers and eggs; mix just until blended.
  3. Shape into 24 patties, using about 3 Tbsp.
  4. stuffing mixture for each patty.
  5. Melt 1 Tbsp.
  6. butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  7. Add 12 patties; cook 5 min.
  8. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
  9. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  10. Repeat with remaining butter and turkey patties.
  11. Place roll halves, cut sides up, on platter; top with turkey patties.
  12. Drizzle with gravy, adding about 1 Tbsp.
  13. to each.
