Tofu Cabbage Salad

  1. Heat oil in medium skilled over medium heat.
  2. Pat tofu strips dry.
  3. Saute until light brown - about four minutes per side.
  4. After cooking tofu, add the sesame seeds and quickly toast, they burn quickly, make sure to watch them.
  5. Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
  6. Mix salad dressing ingredients, adding 2 tablespoons water.
  7. Can puree in blender for smoother texture.
  8. Pour 3/4 dressing over vegetables and toss.
  9. Toss salad with tofu strips and drizzle on remaining dressing.
