Vegan Creamy Caesar Dressing

• 34 cup medium firm tofu (silken is okay)
• 1 12 tablespoons light oil
• 2 12 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 12 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 -2 tablespoon minced garlic (more or less to taste)
• 14 teaspoon ground pepper
• 12 teaspoon sea salt

1. Combine all in food processor or blender til well blended.
