Spicy Turkey Paella

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Brown sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Heat olive oil in 6 1/2-quart pot over medium-high heat.
  5. Add onions and cook until golden, stirring often, about 12 minutes.
  6. Add bell pepper; cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Stir in rice and saffron, then next 5 ingredients.
  8. Bring to boil.
  9. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 15 minutes.
  10. Add sausage, turkey, and peas to rice mixture.
  11. Bake paella 10 minutes and serve.
