Fried Chicken Marinated in Cola

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Put the cola, soy sauce and ginger in a plastic bag with the chicken pieces and marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. Pat excess moisture with kitchen paper towels, and coat the chicken with mixed cake flour and katakuriko.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken, starting at medium heat and finishing at high to make them crispy.
  5. Drain the oil and put the chicken on serving plates.
