Fried Chicken Marinated in Cola
- 350 grams Chicken thigh meat
- 50 ml Cola of your choice
- 20 ml Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 2 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 tbsp Cake flour
- 1 Frying oil
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Put the cola, soy sauce and ginger in a plastic bag with the chicken pieces and marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Pat excess moisture with kitchen paper towels, and coat the chicken with mixed cake flour and katakuriko.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken, starting at medium heat and finishing at high to make them crispy.
- Drain the oil and put the chicken on serving plates.
