Blueberry Oatmeal Bread - ABM
- 1/2 tablespoon yeast, active dry
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 16 ounces blueberries canned
- Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour except blueberries into bakery, in order.
- Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
- Pour undrained blueberries into 2-cup measure.
- Add water or drain juice so total volume is 1 1/2 cups.
- Set "baking control" to medium.
- Select "white bread" and push Start.
