Sweetheart Cupcakes
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix with multi-colored sprinkles
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
- 1 tub (16 oz.) ready-to-spread chocolate frosting
- 24 JET-PUFFED Chocolate Strawberry Marshmallows
- Prepare cake batter as directed on package, blending dry gelatin mix into batter before spooning into paper-lined muffin cups.
- Bake as directed on package for cupcakes.
- Cool in pans 10 min.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
- Spread cupcakes with frosting.
- Top with marshmallows.
