Pam's spicy sauteed shrimp....
- 400 grams shrimp
- 3 clove garlic minced
- 2 grams fresh ginger chopped
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
- 2 pcs jalapeno chopped red or green
- 1 big tomato chooped
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 5 grams butter
- 3 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cummin powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder or flakes
- cleaned devined and drain shrimp...add garlic ginger and lemon rind then followed all the spices...leave for about 30 min.
- medium fire heat the skillet butter and olive oil sautee shrimp untill color change like red..add jalapeno and tomato..constant stirring add the ketchup.
- cover and simmer for about 2 min.
- you can add more chilli flakes or jalapeno if u prefer to be more hot(spicy).
- perfect for steamed white rice or tortilla
